Okay, "Policies" is a rigid word, but we have to have them.

House Rules

• Relax and enjoy your stay! We encourage guests to take advantage of the back yard area that includes seating, a fire pit and BBQ grill. Cook meals in our well-stocked kitchens. Have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, on us.
• As we have common areas, we ask all our guests to be respectful of others. Tidy up after yourself in all common areas. Wash your dishes after enjoying a meal. We generally put dishes away in the mornings.
• Keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• No smoking is allowed indoors. Our designated smoking area is in the back yard at the fire pit area.
• We love critters, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the Inn.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. We will accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures as we are able.
• Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval and may require an additional fee.
• We do not provide daily cleaning services, however, we do charge a modest, one-time cleaning fee. For monthly stays, we can arrange to have your room cleaned once a month, at no charge, which includes changing the linens, providing fresh towels, vacuuming and dusting.  We can provide such cleaning services on request for $25.00.

Emails

If you book through our in-house reservation system, accessed via our website, or Google Hotels we send an email confirmation immediately and check-in instructions two days before arrival.  If not received, please check your spam or junk folder.

Reservation Policy

At the time of your booking, you will be charged fifty percent of your entire stay. The balance will be charged seven days prior to your check-in date. For monthly stays, we charge for the first 30 days up-front, and then bill thereafter for additional months just prior to the new period starting. The State of Montana requires an 8% Lodging Tax for stays less than 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel more than seven (7) days prior to the check-in date without penalty and any booking payment will be refunded in full. No refunds are provided if not canceled prior to that time.

Privacy Policy

The Montana Inn values your privacy. Personal information collected via this website or by phone is used only for holding rooms at our Inn. We won't be selling, trading, or giving away your name or email address, or any other private information to anyone.
